    Beachlands House is perfect for families with younger children and for those that want to bring their pets.

    That does not mean to say it is not suitable for couples or families with older children. Unfortunately due to the 3 storey design, it is not best suited for anyone with limited mobility.

    The garden is excellent for families and pet owners also, as the garden is totally secure and bordered with high fences.


Beachlands House is a bright and modern 3 storey 'town house' just 150 yards from the large sandy beach in Llanelli.  It is stylish and very comfortable and ideal for guests of all types, but particular suited to families with children and pets.

The light and spacious lounge, kitchen & diner are located on the middle floor which is all open plan providing modern family friendly accommodation.   The kitchen has been beautifully fitted with beech wood units, modern fridge/freezer, electric hob & oven, and dishwasher.  Further enhancements are made with a microwave, George Foreman family size grill, electric kettle, electric toaster, electric filter coffee maker, electric food mixer, & electric hand blender. The kitchen has also been extensively equipped with all sorts of kitchenalia & adequate crockery etc for several courses of family meals.

The lounge area provides very modern and comfortable seating for six and has a 37" LCD HD TV, together with Netflix and Freeview, DVD player, min HiFi with CD player and MP3 dock.  A small library of DVD's & CD's is provided.  WiFi Broadband Internet access is also provided free of charge.

Dining takes place on a modern walnut dining table and six chairs - ideal for family dining or even a romantic meal for two!

A Juliet balcony overlooking the back garden allows loads of lovely summer breezes during the warmer months.

On the top floor you will find the beautiful, comfortable and tranquil Master Bedroom with king size bed and ample storage space in lovely light oak units.  An en-suite provides a power shower, handbasin & loo.  Lovely linens grace this retreat.

Bedroom 2 is also on this floor and has a leather double bed and plenty of storage.  There are even some toys and books for the children, together with travel cot, changing mat, potty & high chair.

Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor and doubles up as a day room where older children can play the Wii Games Console!  This is equipped with a lovely high quality day bed (with an extra 'pull out' underneath). There is also ample storage space here too.

A separate Utility room allows washing to be kept on top of during your stay, if you wish and a retractable washing line is available for use in the garden.

The fully enclosed and secure garden offers ideal and safe play or leisure for all the family, human or canine! A patio area is equipped with a table and chairs where you can chill out with a glass of wine, or have an outside lunch cooked on the Anthony Worral Thompson gas BBQ.  And to keep the children amused, there are some garden toys and a TP garden climbing frame!

Beach & garden toys & games are also provided for your convenience and enjoyment.

We are flexible on your arrival day but during peak times change-over day is strictly on SATURDAY.

Arrival can be anytime after 14:30 and departure is no later than 10:00

Guests are required to pay a damages/security bond with their final payment.  This is REFUNDED in full within 10 days of your departure.

If however any damage, breakages or additional cleaning after your stay is required, this will be deducted from your refund.
